• Official languages of the Congress are Turkish and English.

• Participation fee will not be demanded for only one author of the articles to be published in Proceedings of 17th Coal Congress of Turkey. 

• Papers will be written according to the rules of spelling in Microsoft Word program and will be sent as an e-mail to komurkongresi2010@gmail.com.

• Deadline for the submission of full-text articles written according to the writing rules to the Congress Secretariat is February 26th, 2010. 

• Papers that will be presented in the Congress will be selected by the scientific committee.

• Acceptance of articles will be declared to the authors until April 16th, 2010.

• Authors are expected to present their papers personally.

• No copyright fee will be paid for the papers.
