• People who would like to participate either to the Congress or Exhibition of Mining Machinery and Equipment should fill the Application Form and pay the participation fee.

• Deadline for the submission of the Application Forms to Congress Secretariat for delegates to be participated in the Congress is January 31st, 2010.

• Companies who will send more than one delegates should fill the Application Form on behalf of the company and attach the list of the delegates to this form.

• Deadline for the submission of the Application Forms to Congress Secretariat for the authors who will join the Congress with an article(s) is February 26th, 2010.

• Deadline for the submission of the Application Form to the Congress Secretariat for the companies to be participated in Mine Machinery and Equipment Exhibition and the Advertisements is March 5th, 2010.

• Participation fee will not be demanded for only one author of the articles to be published in Proceedings of 17th Coal Congress of Turkey.

• Proceedings of the Congress, gifts and cocktails are included in the participation fee but accommodation fee is not included.
