• Registration form should be filled in and returned to the correspondence address.
• The registration fee covers attendance to all sessions, welcome cocktail, banquet, lunches, coffee/tea and refreshments during the breaks and congress materials (congress bag and proceedings, etc.).
• If paying by direct bank transfer you must agree to pay the charges of both the sending and receiving banks.
• Congress Secretary will not be able to register you for the Congress until the secretary has received confirmation from our bank that payment has been received.
